Using the heal skill on yourself?

Can a character use the heal skill on themselves to either give themselves an immediate saving throw or a +2 to their next one? The skill description doesn't seem to suggest anything one way or the other. Seems reasonable to me ("stop drop and roll"). Any thoughts?

I would allow it. There doesn't seem to be any reason not to, as long as the character is conscious and capable of taking actions.
