I, too, am partial to the Ghost Tower of Inverness. I remember playing that one as a kid, using my near-memorized AD&D Adventure Gamebook based on the module as a guide to what was ahead. Didn't know it was cheating then...

I also remember being irked that my cleric didn't have enough cash for a magic axe. I didn't quite understand that clerics were forbidden axes :)

I expect GDQ by a landslide in this vote.

I had C2 in the original list, but no one nominated it (though I probably should have put it, given some of the others I let slip through)....

And the leaders are the G's, Ravenloft, S1 Tomb of Horrors, and yes T1-4

The top ten at this point are:

S1 Tomb of Horrors
T1-4 Temple of Elemental Evil
G1-2-3 Against the Giants
I6 Ravenloft

D3 Vault of the Drow
T1 Village of Hommlet
U1 Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh
D1-2 Descent Into the Depths
S3 Expedition to the Barrier Peaks
Q1 Queen of the Demonweb Pits

With the first four basically tied for 1st place, and with a pretty big lead on the others

On the ToEE:

To play devil's advocate: some see at as a big mess with a poor ending that took away the spotlight from the players. Very disapointing after the clever little T1.

To its fans: why do you like it, and why is it so popular?

I know that it is counter to the accepted "the oldest stuff is the best" wisdom, but I've always had a soft spot for Ravager of Time. Forcing the suddenly horribly aged PCs to stumble around the swamp battling monsters and evil copies of their younger selves just appeals to some cruel heartless part of me. I wonder if I could polish it up for my 3.5 game?
