I may have overstated my opinion for comedic effect...but it's pancakes.

Doesn't it really depend on what you're serving with it?

French Toast: Meat and cheese (Monte Cristo sandwich), or with a dippin' sauce (when in stick form).

Waffles: Ice cream, or fried chicken

Pancakes: Eggs, fruit, or caviar (which I guess is also a form of eggs).

I have full blown celiac, so this entire post is an attack.

Of my poor facsimile choices however, the gluten fraffle is the closest to the real thing, easily beating out the gluten francake and anything sort of resembling french toast made from gluten fread.

I can make really good GF waffles. Like you say, it's not as easy to make good GF pancakes. And I wouldn't even bother trying with french toast.
