To the best of my knowledge, the only official stats ever published for Wereweasels were 1st Edition AD&D stats back in Dragon #40 (p33). However, I don't think the wereweasel has ever been updated to 3.X, and I can't find any mention of werelizards in my D&D collection.

Twsited Lore from Fantasy Flight Games has a 3e wereweasel, but it's easier just to create one. I'd bet quite a lot of people would be interested in a product containing just were-creatures of all the different animal types out there.

Or use Sean Reynolds Curse of the Moon , which uses a better means to accomplish the were-template. Alot easier to apply and use
