If the lycanthrope has a hybrid form the stat bonuses do count for the hybrid form, but the hybrid form is usually the same size as the infected humanoid, thereby not counting increases or penalties due to size change, also a lycanthrope gets a +2 bonus on int and wis in All it's forms. Has to do with natural cunning and animal instincts :D

The bonuses to Str, Dex and Con on apply when the lycanthrope is in animal or hybrid form. Other than the aformentioned +2 bonus to int and wis the lycanthrope gets no bonuses to the mental stats (other than those from the base humanoid.)

How about Weremonkeys? Monkeys are awesome, they have climb 30', high dexterity, and opposable thumbs.

Werehorse? Werebat (or vampire as we like to call them)? Wereowl? Wererhino? Werewasp? Werespider? Werescorpion? Weremantis?

Many of those were probably said before. I was serious about that Weremonkey thing, monkeys are awesome.

EDIT: That template template idea is awesome.

Master of monkeys: The werehorse is detailed briefly in OA. The werebat can be found in Monsters of Faerûn, wererhinos and werespiders have been created by me, and can be found in another post. If you have access to the MM, lycanthropes are not that hard to create, all you need is the bas creature and the template outline found in the MM. So why don't *you* create a weremonkey?
