[h=3]Hyperlanes: Cinematic SciFi for DnD 5e by Scrivened LLC [/h]
(Campaign Ends : Sunday 1st January 2017; 08:00 UTC)

Do you want some ass-kicking, intergalactic high adventure, over-the-top fun and violence that flies in the face of the laws of physics… whilst using a version of the worlds most popular roleplaying game? You do? Then welcome…. To Hyperlanes.

“Adventure at hyperspeed, smirking at the authorities along the way. Tramp around a hostile galaxy in a starship held together with spit and pluck. You’re a motley crew of misfits, gathered by chance, venting your frustrations through witty barbs and alien howls. Strap in, kid. We’re gunna burn across the sky ‘til the stars become lines.”

Hyperlanes is the gaming technology that takes you there. We begin with all new Classes and Archetypes, reverse engineered from the basic building blocks of the D&D Player’s Handbook, but reprogrammed for scifi adventuring among the stars, integrating starship battle abilities from the ground up. We splice in all new Feats for cinematic action, systems for building alien species and robot chassis as Races, and iconic Backgrounds to add dimensionality to your spacer.

We don’t stop there.

We hook up a hard hitting chapter on armor clad soldiers, fringe-planet crime lords, and monstrous alien threats. We install a honed system for enabling memorable space battles, designed to send a chill up your spine as you blast hostile spacecraft out of the starry sky. We bury you in “magical items” recast as scientific marvels and scavenged technology from forgotten civilizations.

Hyperlanes is a humming engine of science fiction action and it’s what you need to adapt your favorite star spanning adventure setting to your living room cockpit. We take inspiration from such classic as Star Wars, Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, and Guardians of the Galaxy. We’re pretty sure this is the action scifi supplement you’ve been looking for.

Although things such as magic spells have been done away the game is fully compatible with D&D so there’s no reason you can’t add magic, or anything else, to your campaign if you’d like to.

The game has introduced a new system called ‘Gambits’ which are designed to allow characters to utilize their daring and expertise to solve problems and combine in interesting ways in both combat and non-combat situations.

The book sounds great and with Ryan Chaddock involved as Lead Writer and Developer it’s a campaign I’m really looking forward to seeing funded and published!

[h=3]NPC For Hire by Knights of Vasteel [/h]
(Campaign Ends : Wednesday 21st December 2016; 19:00 UTC)

The NPC For Hire app is already available on Google Play and should be on the iOS App store before too long. The app currently only has some of the ‘NPC’ pictures but the rest will be added after the campaign if successful. Early bird backers, of which there are still several left, get a complimentary version of the app along with a 52-card printed deck of NPCs which is what this campaign is really aiming to produce, along with the additional pieces of NPC art required for both the app and physical deck.

The app can be used independently or in conjunction with the NPC Deck so you can hand the NPC card out to the players whilst having all the background, stats, etc, saved on your device to reference. The app is editable allowing the GM to write, and save, their own background/stats to a portrait or even have the app randomly generate them.

[h=3]Magitags – Spell Effect Tokens for Tabletop RPGs by @THEGUILD[/h]
(Campaign Ends : Tuesday 27th December 2016; 03:58 UTC)

Magitags are custom designed spell effect tokens that you can either fit to your miniatures or place them under them to signify ongoing or round based effects. The Magitags themselves are coloured acrylic tokens engraved with symbols representing a range of different spell effects.

“With Magitags, we don’t just want to solve a problem. We want to create something that discerning gamers and avid tabletop RPG fans will recognize as a quality of life improvement for game masters and players alike. That’s the driving philosophy behind Magitags, and why we emphasized clarity, effectiveness and ease of use in the development process.

This philosophy also pushed us to introduce a tapered groove into our design, allowing Magitags to be affixed to most miniatures so they can freely “float” above a character, allowing for greater visibility.

Of course you can place them under your miniatures too, and they’ll fit in any typical 1” square.”

[h=3]Maximum Mayhem Dungeons #4: Vault of the Dwarven King by Mark Taormino[/h]

Brave souls are needed for a noble quest into the depths of the earth to retrieve the legendary hammer known as Fireheart. But beware – the Goblin King and his evil hordes believe the hammer woke a Lava Titan and they will seek to possess it at all costs. Who is telling the truth? [h=3]The Revenge of the Robots of Doom! By Jeff Hatch[/h]
(Campaign Ends : Thursday 5th January 2017; 02:21 UTC)

The Robots of Doom originally started life as a thirteen page adventure in the Pulp Adventures Second Edition core rulebook. This new, updated and expanded, adventure has filled out considerably and should now take between 12 to 15 sessions to play through.

“The book concerns the efforts of a group of crimefighters who battle the Sinister Dr. Scarlet who is attempting to dominate the city of Necropolis. Dr. Scarlet uses his Robots of Doom to enforce his will along with his eerie “Leech Devices” which can be used to control or kill!”

The campaign has already funded for the basic book and is now looking at including things such as optional scenarios and newspaper props to further enhance the game. Copies of the core Pulp Adventures rulebook, as well as several supplements such as Cthulhu Pulp, Necropilis: The Mask of the Sentinal, and Beasts, Babes and Badguys are all available as add-ons.
