RangerWickett says that "The Unseen Court and fey in general hate technology. The presence of tech makes them physically unwell. Tieflings don’t bother them, just things with finely-engineered bits."

Does this apply to eladrin as well, who are fey both in 4e and in Pathfinder? Does the presence of technologically physically sicken them?

Not to any mechanical extent. Like, it's on par with being 'sickened' by listening to music you don't like.
