WOIN [WOIN] Exploit usage per turn

Exploits. You can incorporate exploits into attacks,
but exploits can only each be used once per round as
normal (and thus usually only apply to one attack).

Quote from NOW pg 148.
-------------------------------------

There are several instances of exploits giving flat damage, such as Warrior Monk's Iron Fist or Elemental Fist.

Is it the intent that you can only get this damage for one attack per round? Or is the intent that you get the damage to all your attacks?

Also the Firemage's Firebolt. Can you only use it once per round? Or does it just give you a ranged attack that can be used twice if you do not move? If the former there is the stupidity of using Firebolt one action and Greater Firebolt your second action.

Exploits that apply passive benefits like Iron Fist are always on. Since they aren't active they don't have the activation limit of 1/turn.

Things like firebolt however are normal exploits which can only be used 1/turn.

As for the stupidity of treating greater firebolt as a separate exploit and not a modification of firebolt, if you recognize it as stupidity, why would you allow it? Reasonable judgement call would be that it clearly is a modification of an existing exploit, not an all together separate exploit.

Greater Firebolt merely increases the damage of your Firebolt. It's not a separate action.

Sorry the tone on that came out completely wrong. I mentioned it because I already had to tell someone they could not do it. Thanks.
