I know many people agree that spellcasters get a little shafted when it comes to feats in the PHB. Many of the feats I came up with are based off of similar feats for martial characters. Also, I really liked Zaxzilla's[FONT="]idea of feats that augmented at-will powers so I came up with a few more of those as well. Please critique and make suggestions as I know my players want to take some of these feats. They have yet to be play-tested in any form.
HEROIC TIER FEATS

DIABOLICAL CURSE [WARLOCK]
Prerequisite: Int 15, Warlock
Benefit: The extra damage from your Warlock’s Curse class feature increases from d6’s to d8’s
ENERGY ADEPT
Prerequisite: Wizard or Warlock
Benefit: Pick one of the following energy types: acid, cold, fire, lightning or thunder. You gain a +1 feat bonus to attack rolls when making an attack with a power that has the keyword of the energy type you chose.
Special: You can take this feat a multiple times. Each time you take this feat pick a different energy type.
ELDRITCH CHAIN [WARLOCK]
Prerequisite: Warlock, Int 13
Benefit: When you hit a target with your eldritch blast spell, an adjacent enemy takes ½ the damage you dealt to the original target from the eldritch blast spell itself. Extra damage from your warlock’s curse, some other feature or item is not inflicted on the adjacent enemy.
HOLY BRAND [CLERIC]
Prerequisite: Cleric, righteous brand at-will power
Benefit: When you hit an enemy with you righteous brand prayer, you can grant a second ally within 5 squares a power bonus to attack rolls against the enemy you hit equal to your Charisma modifier. The bonus lasts until the end of your next turn.
PROTECTIVE RADIANCE [WARLOCK]
Prerequisite: Warlock, dire radiance at-will power
Benefit: You may designate one of your allies after you hit an enemy with the dire radiance spell. When the enemy moves closer to that ally instead of you, it takes the additional damage from the spell.
SIDE-STEPPING STRIKE
Prerequisite: Rogue, deft strike at-will power
Benefit: When you hit an enemy with your deft strike exploit, you can shift 1 square after your attack.
PARAGON TIER FEATS
ENHANCED CHANELLING
Prerequisite: Con 15 and Cha 15, Channel divinity class feature
Benefit: You can use your channel divinity class feature twice per encounter instead of once. You can only channel divinity once per round though. Furthermore, the second use of channel divinity in a given encounter must be different from the first use.
For example, one round a cleric can channel divinity to turn undead but the next round they couldn’t do so again. They could, however, channel divinity and use divine fortune.
GRIPPING FEAR
Benefit: Any target you hit with a power that has the fear keyword is slowed until the end of their next turn
QUICKEND RECOVERY
Benefit: You can use your second wind as a move action instead of a standard action.
SECOND PACT [WARLOCK]
Prerequisite: Con 15, Cha 15, Warlock with a pact
Benefit: You gain all the benefits of a second warlock pact. You may switch the at-will Warlock attack power you gained from your original pact to the one granted by the second pact. Also, when you gain your pact boon you must choose from which pact to gain the benefit from.
EPIC TIER FEATS
SPELL PENETRATION
Prerequisite: Warlock or Wizard
Benefit: Once per encounter, when you cast a spell that attacks a defence other than AC you can pick which defence to attack. For example you could cast chain lightning and attack an enemy’s will defence instead of their reflex defence.
ELDRITCH MASTERY [WARLOCK]
Prerequisite: Warlock
Benefit: Once per encounter, when you reduce an enemy that you have cursed to 0 hit points or lower with a daily power that power is not expended.
IMPLEMENT MASTERY
Prerequisite: Dex 19, Con 19 or Wis 19 and Int 19
Benefit: Choose one implement that you can use. When you make an attack with that implement you can score a critical on a natural roll of 19 or 20.
