Is Fey Step really the best racial power?

Personally, I find myself impressed with nearly all the racials. I'm just happy the stat bonuses aren't the only reason to go outside human, and the feat the only reason to be human such as in 3.x. I will say that a nice choice of use for half-elf's Dillatante is a player of mine used it to get Eyebite on his rogue for more combat advantage goodness. A very useful and visious combo if you ask me. Also The Halflings second chance has uncritted many attacks at my table, and Elvan Accuracy has made many foe fall. The Dragonborn Ranger loves wading into minions destroying 2 with split twin strikes and breath weaponing the rest away like some new fangled melee controller, and the human Wizards love the extra at will for the holy trinity of at-wills Magic missile, Scorching Burst, and Thunderwave. The only racial I found to be lackluster is the Teiflings, the bonus to hit is ok, but the rest kinda sucks since only a melee goon would make any real use of it. But thats just my experiences,
:)

Have you noticed Eyebite's invisibility only lasts until the beginning of the rogue's next turn? There's not much you can do with it unless you spend an action point to make an attack right after using Eyebite...
