Well, I didn’t see that coming. It ended on a down note for a Eureka episode.

It was an interesting way to resolve the love triangle issue. They roll characters through in an interesting way. Carter’s wife in and out, the laundry lady in and out, now Carter’s sister in and soon to be out. We learned a bit more about the fixer in the processes – she appears to searching for an underground bunker.

I don't think that is the end though. We can see this revisited an reversed sometime in the future.

I highly enjoyed the episode. I've been waiting for Stark to bite it so this one really made me happy.

Wow, wasn't expecting that for the ending of the episode. I thought Carter was going to learn that he should let everything lie and be as happy for them as possible, not watch Stark die...

Although I wouldn't be surprised if later on, Stark does return. As much as I liked him [I like the antagonism between him and Carter, though I thought the love triangle should have died a long time ago], it would be kind of annoying to suddenly have him back...

I am willing to believe he really is gone when I see a confirmation that the actors contract has been terminated. I suspect he is out of phase and bringing him back will be an episode later this season.
