The strikethrough approval was just me being lazy. I wanted to have the same text for everyone, but didn't want to actually have to copy it over at the end so I put it in all at once and then just put strikethrough so people knew it wasn't valid.

I may regret saying this but aside from Ts'iri I think every character is either approved or has comments out (i.e. waiting for input from the submittor).

The only completed PCs who I can make out are lacking the approval needed to be approved are Quagmire (who needs some very minor changes to get my approval) and Brudd (who has one approval from Graf).

I'm actually not terribly happy with Quagmire at the moment. I have some changes I want to make to him before getting approval (which is why I didn't email the judges for it. ) Nothing too drastic, but I'm going to shake up the ability scores some and see what falls out. I just ran out of time last night.
