Printed magazine. But this won't happen. So...

BIG UNLABELED HIGH-RES MAPS.

What the hell is so hard about providing those in a PDF format? Doesn't cost an extra dime. I've heard 4,542 other people ask for them. Why and wherefore, WotC, not? Just do it. Jeesh o' man.

Dangit OP, now I'm cantankerous.

Unique terrain and concepts - they need to push the envelope more.

If the feywild is fey, make it different than the normal world, the first adventure there could have happened on anyworld.

Make it more printer friendly.

Put the encounter details all together, none of this stupid separating things.

Maps that are keyed and not keyed.

Plots that I haven't seen 200 times before.

Player handouts.

You know, the stuff that makes the difference between mediocrity and superiority.

Well there is supposed to be "Best of Dragon" and "Best of Dungeon" books coming out.

Assuming they're both conventional game books, I'll probably buy both (but if only one, it would be Dragon).

Yep. This would make me buy it, and that is with me not playing 4E anymore after tomorrow night.

I never succumbed to the lure of 4Ed- I hated it as soon as I went through the Core 3 books.

You're the first person I've heard going this long before dropping it- what gives?

That would be another example of the DDI not getting it afaic.

Digital doesn't just mean PDF. It means using that medium to do things that are too expensive to do on print. Or too inconvienent. Or just don't make sense.

You know one thing that would make it much more likely?

Tokens.

Every adventure comes with it's own tokens.

annnnndddd yep

Daniel-san: Treebore has never been on the 4e wagon. He's a C&C man all the way.

Treebore: Correct me if I'm wrong.

FWIW: If 4e didn't do it for me (and currently, it's more than doing it), C&C would be the bee's knees. The cat's meow. The cool side of the pillow. Seems like a great game.

Tonight, on the...
