From this thread on RPGnet, it appears gray dragons like living in wide open spaces such as praries, scrublands, and badlands. They have good eyesight and like seeing their prey from miles away. Their breath weapon is a caustic ooze witha push effect. I don't know what monster role they are, but I bet they're Solo Skirmishers.
