Looking at the entries on Amazon.com, the answer would appear to be 'yes'. They definately are included in the UK releases.

From viewing that trailer, I'm pretty sure that this new 'Doctor' will turn out to be an imposter. My guess is that he'll turn out to be a fan, who somehow found himself in possession of a TARDIS, sonic screwdriver, etc, and decided to take on the role. The performance just seemed a little 'off' to really be a new regeneration of The Doctor.

Also, I'm not convinced that IS a sonic screwdriver he's holding. Looks like a regular screwdriver to me. Hard to see there, but when we originally saw it on the TV properly, that's what it looked like to me.

Yes, it is probably an impostor. My understanding is that David Tenant still has 4 episodes left in his contract, which will help us transition to whatever new doctor comes along.

Then again, the "new" doctor knew exactly what the creature was, so maybe he's not quite an imposter.
