Help me identify a music video (with zombies)

Hi,

I was flipping though the music channels, and I caught the last few seconds of some weird video. Things I saw:

1) a headless zombie behind a window, maybe in an office or laboratory
2) people in hazmat suits, who then run away from...
3) ...a large fleshy thing that comes round a corner, looking like it's made of lots of bodies
4) no music (it was just finishing), but a voice says something about "they haven't worked out how to use the stairs yet"



Any ideas what this was? The footage was grainy, but the production style very modern.

Are you sure it was a video, and not the tail-end of a commercial instead?

It could've been a commercial, but there was nothing in there to say what. Is there a new Resident Evil game due out?

It wasn't animated. The zombie and big fleshy thing might've been though - either CGI or stop motion, but might also be latex and very flexible actors, or animatronics.

It does sort of resemble Resident Evil.
