Lost Eberron 4E Style: Combat over, Level up!

Thormir rushes up the stairs and outside into the rain. He almost slips as he sees Hesh lying on the ground senseless surrounded by skeletons. Crap! No good!
The dwarf unleashes two consecutive blasts of energy at the skeletons. The firs one seems to miss, but the second annihilates instantly one of the creatures.

Xandren turns as the skeleton stabs him with it's blade. He strikes once, and the creature steps away from the clumsy blow. The warforged strikes at the creature again, trying to lure the into a different position. The skeleton deflects the blow with it's shield though so the manuver is wasted.

Stellan strikes with axe in a flurry of strikes. The skeleton deflects the first blow with it's sword, and the axe momentarily sticks in the deck. The shifter pulls it out and another strike is quicker, chipping of pieces of bone from the creature's forearm. A final blow hacks into the creature's femur, as the wood of the ship flows up the Stellan's body, giving his armor further reinforcement. The skeleton stands, but the weakened limbs make it easy victim to another strike.

Thormir walks out into the rain, and is almostly instantly soaked. A blade of a skeleton hacks at the dwarf at he passes, but the dwarf ducks, and the attack sinks into the wood of the ship. Thormir blasts out with eldritch energy, the skeletal target ducks the first ray.

The unarmored skeletons, now their attention on the dwarf, swarm the warlock, taking care not to be a target of his hammer. With the dwarf surrounded, they strike with their blades. Even though the warlock's form is concealed by shadow, several of the blades find gaps in his armor. One of them slides between his ribs and is cruelly ripped out, spurting blood on the sand.

[sblock=Marking]Yes, marking S2. I did include that in my actions:

Standard action - Covering Attack against S2.

Covering Attack vs S2 (1d20 8=11, 2d12 4=16)

Hits AC 11 for 16 damage, and on a hit, Lorn can shift two squares. Marking S2.


...but perhaps it was buried. I will always try to say when I'm marking someone, but it's also a safe bet that I'm marking them in any case. In fact, I'll also point out when I'm NOT marking my target. : ) [/sblock]
 





[sblock=red]red, may I suggest Stellan attacks the skeleton in Q15? That way Thormir will be able to shift and attack without drawing OAs, and eventually reach Hesh and try a Heal check; or, if you can get there, probably Stellan has a better chance of making that check. Sucks to have the leader down.[/sblock]

Couple questions before I write up my turn.

1. Would I be able to move to P13 in one move action? aka is it permissable to cut the corner at the stairs.

2. How high is the ship, would I be able to thunderwave down and hit the area Q,R,S/13,14,15?

3. Atanatotatos, if the above is true is it ok with you to take the risk and include Thormir in the area? If not I'll take a different action.

[sblock=oni]please do. I'm at 15 hp and I still have my second wind worth 8. With some luck you could clear the area. Just make sure you don't roll a critical on me :D[/sblock]
