[sblock=ooc]Sorry about the delay. Had some things to take care of today, and I was completely exhausted after working late with little sleep. I slept for 15 hours last night... If I don't get everything posted, now, it will be a little later for another update.[/sblock]

Xandren walks around the side of the ship, fullblade held before him. Seeing the creature that attacked Lorn, the warforged swings his blade at the creature. The creature reaches out to block the blade by grabbing it, but the force is too great and it strikes the creature in the side. It hisses at him, "You will not stop my master, he is more powerful than you can even imagine."

Stellan climbs up the stairs, jumping up a third of their length. Vines extend his reach, as he strikes out with his axe again. The weapon fails to hurt the skeleton as it bangs off it's shield.

[sblock=Redclaw]The stairs start at the other end, so I put you in P14(at the top), enough to reach S1, and made an athletics check to jump up part of the stairs.[/sblock]

Hearing a skeleton on the deck above him, Hesh curses and sqeezes thought the gap. He steps around the ship, but the skeleton sees him and swings his blade. Hesh ducks low, brings his flail to bear against the creature's knees. As he ducks, the creature adjusts it's aim, thrusting, the blade slides between Heshes armor and his skin, creating a bad gash, all the way down his spine. Hesh's own blow strikes true, but only glancing, as the creature lowers it's shield to deflect most of the blow.

The pair of skeletons, concealed by the rain and the steam from the sphere crumble into smoldering piles of blackened bone. The other skeletons move forward attacking The Lost that have emerged from the cover of the ship.

One of the skeletons move forward, and tries to enter the ship. Thormir though is ready. He blasts the skeleton is front of him as it enters. Magical energy, a red stream of energy that is lined in black strikes the skeleton in the arm as the creature's blade seeks the dwarf's head for attempting the ranged attack. The arm vaporizes off the undead, and the skeleton falls to the ground, unmoving.

Another skeleton moves forward, moving around the boulder. It then charges the warforged, it's longsword plunges into the side of Xandren. As it pulls out the blade, the intelligent undead, croaks, "You are nothing mortals, our master will destroy you, just like everyone else!"

Another of the skeletons moves forward and attacks the prone wizard. It's blade slices into Lorn's arm as he attempts to roll away from the attack to no avail.

The remainder of the skeletons move forward and surround Hesh. The hobgoblin attempts to parry some blows but a trio of blades strike him. The first is a strike against him arm. The second, glances off his shield, numbing his arm, sending a chill through his spine, more than the blade could ever hurt. The final cuts along his hamstrings, sending the hobgoblin to darkness.

Seeing the oncoming undead horror, Lorn tried to roll away back to his feet. He was too slow to avoid the blow but somehow managed to regain his footing anyway. With a look somewhere between fear and rage he lowered the forked staff once more.

Back! Back to your graves!

A concussive rumble of thunder errupted from the tines of the staff, washing over the unnatural creatures.

Lorn paused only a moment to maintain his ongoing spell.

Lorn pushes himself to his feet, bringing his staff around to bear against the skeleton in front of him. Shouting out arcane syllables, thunder booms again, but this time it comes from the wizard. Concussive force slams into the skeletons, crumbling them into many pieces that spray outward in the blast. The thunder also affects the falling rain in that area, momentarily halting the drops as it pushes all the rain out of the area.

The undead creature swipes black claws at Xandren. The creature momentarily slips on the wet ground though, and the Xandren easily dodges the blow.

One of the armored skeletons leaves the hobgoblin to bleed out on the sands, it circles the around the ship, and charges the warforged. However, the creature doesn't know that Lorn is just on the inside of the ship. The wizard swings his staff out and it impacts the creature's knees, cracking the kneecaps. The skeleton continues it's course though and it's own blade strikes true, carving a notch in Xandren's shoulder.

On top of the ship, the other skeleton closes with the shifter. It's blade finds a gap in Stellan's armor, drawing a growl as the blade comes out.

His teeth beginning to show clearly from behind his curling lip, Stellan growls at the skeleton. I'll gnaw your bones for the next week, he shouts as he swings his axe again. The blade deflects off the skeleton's sword and strikes the rotting timber of the deck, drawing the shifter's obvious ire. In frustration he strikes again, his axe biting into the skeleton's forearm, and again, this time into the walking corpse's femur. Satisfied with the effort, Stellan seems to grow a barklike texture to the skin beneath his fur, as if the very wood of the ship had spread to reinforce his flesh.

Xandren unleashes two powerful swings of his fullblade against the armored skeleton, doing everything he can to draw the undead's attention and give Lorn more breathing room.
