Lost Eberron 4E Style: Combat over, Level up!

[sblock=ooc] Don't forget, you can fire through your allies' space without penalty.

Garyh, that seems to make sense. I think it's somewhat situational, too. Sometimes my mark will be more useful, and sometimes yours will be. I'm fine having you step into the door and take the brunt of the attack, but I'd like to have some method to our multi-defender madness. :D

For this combat, I will do my best to jump into the midst of the enemy and mark as many as I can.

[sblock=ooc]I know but I think the opening in P15 in on the stairs? I don't thin Thormir'd have line of sight. However, my suggestion is this: Hesh moves to P14 and readies to attack any creature squeezing through, Thormir stays where he is and readies to attack any creature entering that Hesh doesn't kill. How does it sound?
Moreover, if Stellan moves to P16 and readies the same we can perhaps kill all the skeleton attempting to enter without much trouble.[/sblock]

[sblock=ooc]I won't update the map since Ata decided to delay. Don't forget, the stairs lead up the the deck of the ship(this one is quite level, so no checks of any kind need to be made.) The crack in the hull is indeed on the stairs. You can fire through without a problem. Perhaps sqeeze was not really what I was envisioning for the "crack", lets just have movement to/from p/q 15 cost a square of movement, -2 to perception checks due to the narrow opening, and cover for melee attacks going from one side to the other. The flaming sphere burns brightly, scorching the bones of the armored skeleton further, sending a horrid smell into the air. A raspy voice speaks in a cruel tongue. The language goes unrecognized by The Lost. From the sounds of the voice, it sounds like it came from where Lorn's assailant went to. As if in response to the voice, the armored skeletons stride forward, but they don't head for the entrances to the ship. Instead they come towards the hull of the ship. Clawed hands rip barnacles and scrape the wood. The sounds of a single paired of clawed feet sound on the deck above.

Xandren moves out of the hull to attack the creature behind the ship trusting to the fiery ball and Stellan to hold that side of the field if need, and the narrowness of the other gap to help Hesh hold there.

Upon reaching the armored skeleton, the warforged lands a solid cut that crunches some of the creatures ribs.

[sblock=Mechanics]Move action - Move to M11.

Standard action - Reaping Strike against W.

Reaping Strike (1d20+8=19, 1d12+4=8)

[sblock=Garyh]S1 is actually on the deck of the ship. S2 is still on the ground since it failed it's climb check *goes to fix post, making more clear*[/sblock]

Hesh curses as he hears the one clamber above. Soon hearing the golem go after it, he focuses on those around him. Pushing through the gap, he yells goads at the undead menace while bring his flail to bear on the one still on the sand.

OOC: Move to Q17 if possible and use a basic attack.

Sensing a flaw in their defenses, Stellan moves quickly up the stairs. Trying to swoop in from the skies, eh? That'll not work on us, you unnatural horrors! He once again calls on his connection with nature to extend the reach of his axe as he swings at the skeletal warrior waiting for him.

[sblock=ooc] move up the stairs to P16 (three squares at 2 per)
Standard Action: Thorn Strike vs. S1, hits AC 14 for 6. That's probably a miss, but if it hits the skeleton is pulled 1 square and Stellan will mark it as a free action. [/sblock]

For Kol Korrath, sleep is not an option is it?? curses Thormir as he stands up and prepares to blast anything passing through the gap in the timbers.

[sblock=actions]Thormir acts after Hesh. move:stand up; standard: ready action: target with eldritch blast any foe entering the ship which is not killed by allies immediately[/sblock]
