Scotley's and Leif's Constables of the 14th Ward [3.5E D&D] [OOC 02]

Happy 31st! And many more, KerlanRayne!

31? Do I remember 31? I've had the same wife, 2 more children, 1 new house, 3 cars, 5 jobs, a law degree, and started a law firm since then!

What's the running total of rugrats in the Lou household these days? (Gotta watch you catholics every minute!) Last I was specifically aware, I think it was 2, but evidently my info is sadly out of date.

We have 3. HS Soph Girl born at U Florida, 6th grade girl born in Round Rock TX, and 3rd grade boy born here in Houston. My wife tells me that I can have more children and more academic degrees with my second wife....

Yeah, that would be funny, if I didn't know your propensity for accumulating degrees! Tell Huong (sp?) I'll miss her!

So 2 + 2 = 4? :D
Huh??

:) So far Huong has kept me in check.

But what degree would I want next? I have engineering physics, radiological engineering, engineering mathematics, and law covered. I'm not interested in a degree in the arts, business, or theology. Missed my chance to get an MD. I bailed on the MPH, even though epidemiology still interests me. It doesn't help that I have doubts about the Central Limit Theorem--either that or its applicability to the populations of interest. MSEE? An LLM in patent law? Maybe, but why? JSD requires an LLM first. Perhaps a European doctorate of some sort by publication? Most require a first degree from the university for consideration.

I think my degree-seeking days are over.
