(5.24 PBP) Vault Redux (OOC) Fitz's Refresher

Ugh. Just thinking that Caer is in the other adventure. You know, my PC that knows Sylvan and has an affinity for trees. There is very little Shamal can do here, but I'm going to see what recharges on a short rest.

...oh yeah. Paladins are notoriously short-rest dependent. :)

I’m also sad about the tree. I’d offer it water from the pool - Or my water flask - if I knew what it was saying

Urgan isn't pushing for a short rest, but if we're doing so, he will try to ressurect Scamp (and so will need 70 minutes). FUnny how both stories both have returning familiars at the same time.

So -- happy to rest, but not asking for it.

I’m at 18 of 53 hp and 1 rage left so a short rest would be a huge boon. That said, it puts us way off the time of everyone else. It seems we are about 20mins ahead in time from the other groups.

I suggest that we don't think too hard about the timing. We should use it to track durations but not sweat how it lines up. Maybe something timey-wimey is happening, maybe the others took longer doing stuff than I allotted in their time-stamp, maybe it will work out later. IDK, but if you show up in an area where another group is, you will run into them. It's just too difficult to line up to worry too much about.

Others will need rests too. It will average out
Iy probably will, when it comes to the whoke day, but maybe not when it comes to perfection with any crossovers.

There's another way we can imagine it: A rest may move the time-stamp by an hour, but that's a game thing. In the reality of the world, any given sit-down usually lasts until everyone agrees that they are ready to get up and move on. It's not exact.

BtW, I have been swamped at work, which is why I've been slow to post this past week. We are rearranging ten thousand pounds of stock. I'm not actually kidding. And yes, I am talking about comics. Like 80 thousand of them, and the bins that hold them! It's a massive amount of work, and all we will accomplish in the end is the ability to fit another five thousand in the same space.

Just a quick note to say I will be travelling for the next 3 weeks. I expect to be online regularly/daily, but if it looks like I'm missing something and there's no response in any given 18 hour period, feel free to push me along.

Hang in there gang. I don't want to lose momentum, but I have had no weekend with this move. Turns out that it took full days work on both my days off this weekend. (For me, that's Sun/Mon). I might not get to it today, but I will try. There's still groceries and other weekend jobs to do, on top of a full days' work.
