The post is very much out of place (followed my tutorial for map making) so I'm assuming it is a mistake - thought I would mention it ;)

Actually, it sounds more like spam. I think you can safely report it via the exclaimation mark on the left. (Even if it's not spam, that seems to be the proper way to notify of misplaced threads and posts.)

Yah, that's spam. I'm removing it. I'm also editing your quote to remove the link - its presence (in theory) aids their ranking on search engines.
