What feats need to be added to the game?

A feat to gain cantrips for non-wizard arcane casters. One feat, one cantrip (as one feat, two cantrips is already a racial feat).

A feat to restore swordmage warding after you got knocked out. Was hoping for it in Arcane Power and was disappointed there was only something like this for devas. Could still be valid for a weaker non-racial feat (the racial feat makes your warding never go away, a non-racial variant could allow to restore the warding with a minor/move action).

It may be, although I can't find it. However, the DM that I have for our 15th level Eberron campaign is fond of knocking prone powers. It'd be nice to have my ranger be able to stand up as a minor, rather than a move.

Thanks for the link. It'd still be nice for my ranger to be able to do. Something like:

Kip Up
Tier: Heroic
Prerequisites: You must be trained in Acrobatics. Dex 13
You stand up from prone as a Minor Action

A feat that allows you to do at-will as a minor action what a rogue utility power does per encounter just sounds way too overpowered. This is like creating a feat that allows you to do at-will as a minor action what the wizard Shield power does. A permanent +4 to AC and reflex just for spending a minor action every round would be a feat that almost anyone who uses few minor actions would take.

I feel that Kip Up should indeed be weaker than the rogue action, but I also agree that it would be nice for non-rogues to have access to this ability without requiring certain boots, or a rogue multiclass.

First idea--put a "once per encounter" rider on the "Kip Up" feat.

Second idea--scrap the feat, and just have a wider array of boots that combine other effects with "stand up from prone as minor" effects. This way if you want that ability, you still have many boots to choose from.

Third idea--require an acrobatics/athletics check against a non-trivial DC (20?) Fail the check = wasted minor action. Any DC will become trivial at higher levels, but honestly, 'prone' shouldn't be affecting you as much by then anyway, with enemies regularly tossing 'stunned' and 'dominated' about.

Prone should be a pretty terrible condition, especially given the non-provoking "stand from prone" rule. It's meant to have a cost. A minor action, even with a skill check, trivializes the condition a bit too much. DEX monkeys will just eat that alive. I'd toss "Fail: Provoke OA" in there to help balance it, but I'm not sure that goes quite far enough.

I think there needs to be

1) a generic feat allowing weapons to be used as implements

2) a generic energy focus feat (similar to weapon focus and the suggested implement focus above).

How about a feat that allows you to stand as a minor (or free) action, but provokes OAs?

One feat I've been hoping for since the game came out is one that would allow me to take another at-will from my class.

For a single classed character the feat would AT BEST only give you the third best at-will (since you took the first two already).

That doesn't seem too overpowered does it?

For a single-class, probably not. A human hybrid would effectively have the best at-wills from two classes with that feat. Yikes.

• A better sorcerer multiclass feat. +2 damage to one spell per encounter? Really?

Unlike many other striker multiclass feat benefits, you can apply the damage to multiple targets if you have a close or area attack, so I think it's pretty reasonable as a choice to have around.

Brawler
Requirements: Str 13
While not the formal training of the Monk, you can fight unarmed. Gain a +2 bonus to attacks when fighting unarmed or with improvised weapons.
