GenConsternation: A Rant

I thought the column was entertaining for what it was, but it seemed more like it could have been written by any Gen Con attendee.

I'd rather have the columnists (as industry vets) give us insignt into the business or creative side (past, present, or future) of D&D or RPGs.

On footnotes, might there be a solution using mouse-over text?

I don't know if that's possible, but it could work as well as having the notes at the bottom, if it is.

Cool column - fun and with just the right amount of bite. Worth reading just for the image of the sewer krakens catching unfortunates in the act, so to speak ;)

As for the footnotes, I opened another copy of the column in a second tab and scrolled it down to the footnotes. That way I could just hop back and forwards between the tabs, one showing the column, the other showing the footnotes. They added a cool dimension to the piece and I'd be happy to see them again next time around. Which will be when?

:)
