I don't recall The Rouse's exact title (I just that he was brand manager, don't know if it was officially 'senior' or 'associate') but a job search on the WotC site shows "Associate Brand Manager for Dungeons and Dragons" as an opening (as well as for MotG)
another thread posted about this, but what i recall was said...
In the most recent character builder update, the name of the new brand manager is mentioned.... Looking up now....
I can't find it. So unless i can remember what thread it was in, then we're outta luck.
Btw, the last update for the Adventure Tools lists Liz Schuh as D&D Brand Director in the credits section.
For added confusion, compare the credits sections of the Character Builder and the Adventure Tools; both were updated October 6th, and the brand teams are quite different.
It's kinda odd. Normally a big company like WotC should have a new Brand Manager ready if the old one quits. I mean, usually you give some warning in these things, right? (As in that's what we do in my country)

I disagree.Who says they don't?
Just because WotC hasn't put out a press release detailing their internal staff changes doesn't mean they haven't filled the position.
And what if they haven't? So what? When an important position is left vacant, it can take time to find the right man/woman for the job. Usually the staff can keep things moving along nicely until the replacement is comfortably ensconced.
I'm guessing that they have replaced Scott, but that the new person is busy right now learning their job. Scott wasn't required to be so friendly and helpful here on ENWorld as part of his job . . . he did all that stuff simply because he's a stand up guy.
And, really, while we may all be interested, WotC's internal staff changes are none of our business.
