I voted love it.
3e D&D revitalized my groups interest in D&D when it was released, and despite some shortcomings has managed to keep my group steadily interested since.
Now we have tried some variants like M&M and and some Monte madness, but all in all we just like the 3.x mechanic and feel for fantasy play. It works and works well.
We have moved on to Pathfinder. Not because 3.x is bad or PF is somehow better. But rather because it is IN PRINT, and we can use our 3.x source with it fairly easy. And we have been pretty impressed with the quality of the product from Paizo. It's not quite the new edition that I had been hoping for, but sadly it is closer to it than 4e for me.
But the love for 3.x is pretty high in my group.
