No, but it is heavily implied that DMs should use the parcel system as described in the DMG. Which means, on average, each PC but one, will receive a magic item for each level gained.

I think back when I was looking to retire Blade I did some quick and dirty analysis of the wealth of a certain level (I believe 3 at the time) and found that in the aggregate the wealth of those PC's was pretty close to the expected amount of the PHB (a level 2, 3, and 4 item + 2 of gold). Although IIRC Incarnation was one of the ones a fair bit below the average

Just wanted to make sure. With the XP and time award treasure doubled now here in LEB, I wasn't sure where the reward differences were between the two.

That being said, I'm using the parcel system everywhere I game now (makes life easier in my RL game since we've had 4 replacements come in at different times).

I, myself, am particularly fond of the parcel system. Even though the odd question comes up with a "I have a lvl +3 parcel, but the item I want is a lvl +2. Am I losing out if I pick that". In my own games, I have always given them the difference in gold (I think that's fair) or in another magic item if the cost is equivalent or less. I'm not sure if that happens here though, and I've always picked items of that level anyways, lol.

E13 had a message in his response to my comments in Callen's level up request relating to DM credits. He asked if we had anywhere to track them and I don't think we do...LEB's got the below to track it. I'm thinking we need something to at least track the credits? Maybe just the bottom section "Record of DM Credits"
