If you mean can a good cleric/wizard cast evel wizard spells without violating his clerical alignment restirctions then the answer is yes he can. That restriction only applies to his cleric spells (remember this also includes any domain spells he gains too).
They are treated as separate lists. The same logic/restriction applies to a specialized wizard/cleric who casts spells from a restricted school as a cleric.
