You really need to make a decision about your damage-vulnerability granting wounds: they can't be subject to the "you can't reduce this damage" rule and still be vulnerabilities, because technically that means that you cannot reduce the damage of ANY attack while you have one.
Might I recommend that you simply change them to "you suffer X extra damage from any attack". That also stops them from being super-duper bad against tiny bleed/poison effects.
