What articles do YOU want written for Dragon and Dungeon?

Kenku and Lizardfolk, thumbs up. I'm OK with other races too in general.

It seems to me we are getting vast numbers of these class acts articles. They're OK but how exactly many more do we need (maybe some for some of the newer classes). Most have more than enough options already, nobody could go through half of them in a 1000 years of play.

Background material is always interesting. NPCs, organizations, little mini-adventures that can be dropped in here and there/detailed locations, etc.

Some interesting environments with more details on hazards, terrain, etc specific to those locales. They can be fantastic or mundane.

More interesting material on 'plot magic' and related stuff is good. The article recently on item rituals was cool, more stuff like that would be great.

There can never be too many articles on things like demon lords and whatnot.

To a certain extent I think paragon play gets a bit ignored in terms of interesting villains and plots. There's loads of heroic tier material and plenty of uber-villains and such, but the sandwich has meat too! Heroic tier often seems a bit sketchy on good ongoing villains and whatnot that are level appropriate.

I think that's good advice regardless and all that is still applicable, but it is worth noting that Chris Youngs is now out from Dragon and Dungeon, and Steve Winter is in as the EIC. It sounds like Mr. Winter is going to be running things a bit differently too.

Ah yes, I should have checked to see where Chris Youngs had ended up in the latest game of musical chairs. What has Steve Winters said so far?

I have just one wish (for Dungeon):

An adventure that features a hag (or hags) as the villian. There is something about hags that strikes me as cool.

Winning Races "Kobold" for me.

No excuse not to have Kobolds.

Gnolls, goblins, orcs, giants, dragons and there half versions all have a D&D folk lore of being the evil badies.
Kobolds were out there as badies too but I dont remember being classed as 100% evil.

I see no reason you cant have them.

Filling out the MM NPC races into full PC races would be nice, except the bullywugglewiggle now thats just plain silly.

I see Kobold as being the halfling version of the Dragonborn.

Make good Rogues and Warlocks and sneakily shift around the battle field.

As a helllock, I always feel funny with all these hit points and temp hp, and basically no way to spend them. So I swap Eldritch Blast for Strike, and wade into melee.

With one power, over 30 levels.

I want some melee warlock support. I'm just afraid it will be seen as a "new build"

Only takes 1 feat buddy, the light shield one, and transfer those THP you get +3 to your party members with this magic shield sorry cant remember name.

I now...

Some decent head magic items, I cant find much for my rogue.

The dearth of hand slot magic items, for some reason the worst of the slots, needs some love.

Plus ranged weapons with some sort of encounter power, they took away swift shot and I cant find anyting.

This idea of once / encounter, changed to once per day is a great nerf but you only have a few freaking dailys.

Stuff with more properties rather than dailys and maybe encounter powers not overly strong but not so feaking conditional you can beter fit them into your build.

Yep. I'm usually a DM, but I'm playing right now and was almost overwhelmed by the number of options for Rangers. It's getting to the point that while there should be some additional crunch for some of the more newer builds (ie Whirling Barbarian), the older builds probably should be left alone.
