I see him more with Regeneration (Resurrection) plus the Reincarnation Power feat (in M&M anyway

You do realize that having scores that high for Dex and Int mean that he's far above and beyond a commoner, right? Dex14 is pretty damned fast and coordinated, and Int12 means that he's smarter than most town and cityfolk.[saying that a Dex14 and Int12 are "Not great, but..."]
Same here. Also, when you go the undead way, why does he have a Con score? You do realize that having scores that high for Dex and Int mean that he's far above and beyond a commoner, right? Dex14 is pretty damned fast and coordinated, and Int12 means that he's smarter than most town and cityfolk.
Do you want a custom build in game-mechanics terms? 'Cos I'm sure that wouldn't be hard. I'm thinking a shapeshifter with a specific and limited number of alternate forms, but that retains the Plant subtype for the associated immunities...
Strength around 30 for beating fools, strength around 100 for lifting stuff. Comics have long had a tradition of characters having a lot more lifting ability than they do burst strength. Also Stats are a problem, particularly STR. Just how strong is he is in game terms to make him his Comic-Book equivalent?
Dex 10, Int ~7, Wis 12, Cha ~9. Base Will Save ~8, Iron Will, and you should get his "strong will power".As also stated, I think a low Int score would be approp. as per game mechs, but at least average Wisdom; I get the impression that he is strong-willed but dumb. This has been the problem, and it has helped to go outside my circle of IRL people to the forums because there are a large group of people with myriad veiwpoints, levels of age and game experience.
... While he's got some undead flavor-text, he doesn't have the undead set of abilities.
Good luck.
Good point. He doesn't, since he gets stunned, gassed, transformed, and mind-controlled periodically.Does he have the plant?
