Always liked the Hair Growing cantrip from 1E unearthed arcana. A foot of hair growth per casting.

I loved the cantrips for that! Cantrips seemed a better way to make a disguise than some spells because you could lighten or darken your skin, grow your hair or cut it if needed and make a lot of minor permanent changes that were much better!
