Yup; we actually clarified this in one of the Second Darkness adventures.

Drow does indeed rhyme with "bow."

Of course, I should point out that what is really being asked is the Pathfinder/Paizo pronunciation. In Golarion, I'm sure it varies by regional accent, to say nothing of multiple languages.

If that is so then I'm selling all my Paizo stuff, canceling my subscriptions and finding a game that can get pronunciations right. I simply can't support a company that messes up something that fundamental.
