Unfortunately, the water brings the freeloaders. Sorry to hear you are having troubles. I truly hate plumbing. I can do most home repairs myself, but plumbing is the one skill I have not been able to master. I've screwed up several times resulting in several little floods at my house. I have a very good large capacity wet/dry vac standing by before I even open a cabinet to look at plumbing now. I feel your pain.

We have tree root problems at my house. The rooter man has to come out about every 18 months. I suggested that I just get my wife the rooter machine for Christmas, I mean I can buy one for the cost of two visits. But that didn't go over so well.
