Because it occurred when she was so young, she didn't even have a scar.

I have a scar on my cheek (upper, not lower) from the doctor's scapel during the c-section. Of course it could be that I was born in the dark ages...

Actually, her "belly button" is on the the back of her head. But I wouldn't know that....
