Rogue, because it's fun as a multi-class with any of the others.

Indeed... my favorite class is any combination of rogue/wizard... haven't voted yet cause i'm caught in between...

i tend to lean more over the rogue though... (R55%-W45%) cause in the end, i believe that he can really put your ingenuity to the test...

...Not that the wizards doesn't (illusion speaks for itself).......

hmmmmmm...... a realy hard choise.... don't know yet...:D

If I have to choose from straight Core, Druid. There's just.... so many options a Druid has.

Cleric, Sorcerer and Bard are all close seconds.

Ranger is a decent third. As is Rogue.

Wizard, for all it's POWER, just never clicked with me. Forth.

Barbarian is often a 1 level dip for me in many melee builds, but never a straight class. Fighter *might* be a 1 level dip, if I need a feat.

I'll never touch a Paladin or Monk.

poor old paladin... back in 2e he used to be the favorite of many gamers.
Well, back in those days (and prior to) he was a snowflake, so of course.

3e, he's sucking hard and MAD about it.

4e, he's just like everyone else.

Easy to see why his popularity has never recovered.

edit: I voted for Fighter. Not because I believe it to be a strong class, over 20 levels, let me assure you. And not because it's even spectacularly well done for any level set. No, I just like Fighters. *sigh*

Nobody would ever make it to 20 lvl if it wasn't for the fighter. ;)

Druids and Clerics probably would.

probably yes... still during the VERY first levels he is much needed in an average party...

...i kind of share Aus_Snow view... the fighter is a fighter ... he's been there since day one up... front... doing all the dirty work ... he deserves more credit (sniff...) :.-(

(To my dear worst enemy: NOT arguing... just saying...)
