Sniper Homebrew.

I also think Omnipotence is fine as is. Slightly redundant in fact, since most ranged characters will grab Improved Precise Shot and already have some of those benefits well before level 20.

I still haven't heard the duration on Inescapable Eye. Is it until end of combat (or attacking other target)? If you're hit for damage while using it, is a concentration check to maintain it required?

As for wrecking ball, part of my problem was no idea of how you were doing it, especially as an Ex ability. An arrow just doing that sort of thing is just so physics-breaking (even for D&D). By your last reply, it sounds like an alchemical/bomb type thing? I didn't know if it was based on a special ammunition, I was working with the assumption that the Sniper's called shot-fu was that dang good at pinpointing the center of mass or something. If it is an exploding shot, you should fluff that out and explain how it's made. As for constructs, does it damage and bull rush? Any reason why it's a bull rush and not say...knocking them proe from the explosion? Why only walls, and not any object? What does this attack do when used against something other than constructs and objects/walls? Like a zombie or a human? And again, it just seems extremely over the top silly to me right now, in general.

Bowzooka: Once per day per four class levels, you may perform a special exertion of your bow prowess. You may fire a special lead arrow (10 lb., treated as ammunition except that they are not destroyed on impact). There are two types of such arrows:
1) Sharpened: This lead arrow is so heavy and is fired with such force that it ignores hardness and is treated as adamantite for DR purposes.
2) Dull: This lead arrow is so heavy and is fired with such force that it is treated as a bull rush attempt.

Just for fun:

Fire anything: You may fire anything you can lift from your bow. Anything that would be considered a light load can be fired at 1/2 normal range increments. Heavier objects can be fired with a 10' range increment. Living creatures fired this way must make a DC 20 tumble check or land prone.

Fire a Hulking War Hulker.

It appears you still need to clarify Weapon Focus and Specialization in your paragraphs. In your "Sniper's weapon of choice" you mention Focus, not Specialization.

As for the other stuff, I'll add more thoughts once I'm done with dinner. lol

Okay, done with dinner.

I'd say Wing Cutter needs an overhaul. Dropping something in one shot like that is too much even for a sniper. I'd recommend making it halve the target's fly speed and lowering its maneuverability by one step. Maybe have it remove the hover ability, and then progress into forcing it to lose altitude since it can't stay aloft with its wing so maimed.

Wrecking Ball itself doesn't fit into sniping at all, while Professional doesn't quite fit with DnD since many characters and alignments won't really go with "assassination."

Inescapable Eye should probably have some extra text such as stating it's only effective within the first range increment and you can only make one AoO per round.
