I put this as humour because whenever I think of it, it cracks me up.
Whilst playing an enchanter mage today I suddenly clicked to something I hadn't realised about the Hypnotism at-will power. Now, I already thought this was an awesome power before this, but now it's become my absolute must-have at-will for any mage or even wizard. It's just too damn funny to pass up.
The epic awesomeness comes into play when you have a defender who has marked a target. You then cast hypnotism on it... and make it attack itself with a +4 bonus to hit (-2 for the mark). The defender then gets to attack it because of the mark
"Why are you hitting yourself? Stop hitting yourself! Why are you hitting yourself? Stop hitting yourself!"
