An Impressive (And Expensive) Dragon

I can picture pulling out one of these dragons, putting it on the table, then looking up to find that the players have removed all their figures from the table, through the nearest exit. :)

I have had the Heresy Dragon on order since way back when it was something like $150. (Been delayed a few times, it has.)

I'm new to the minis community, but just so I understand, this is simply a piece of art, correct? It's not something that would actually be used in a game due to its scale, is it?
No, while huge it is to scale - that rider is a standard size gaming figure. It is quite useable, most likely for the big bad of an entire campaign. :)

The Auld Grump, a regular figure could go through the door of that tower....

*Sigh* I may never own it, but I have been hired to paint one. :.-(

An anniversary gift from a husband and wife to each other. (Both wanted it. May never see use in a game, but they feel the need for something to guard their collection.)

Depends on Jon and Julie, the couple. Plenty of time to get it done - their anniversary isn't until December.

I wonder if either one will act surprised at their gift.... :hmm:

One thing - to me that looks like a Blue, but they want a Red.

It's not a dragon, or even a "miniature", it just falls into the 'too expensive to thing about' category. I always wanted to get a KongZilla figure to use as a Tarrasque!

It's not the image from the Monster Manual but I can definitely see it as an iconic death machine!

It can be, however the power level of the creature would be VERY high in d20 / D&D and the players could be in for an unwinnable fight.

That is exactly what I thought when I saw the figure! :)

Though the thought of how Kongzilla might have come to be... Look! It's King Kong and Godzilla! They're fighting!
