Modron miniatures

Quickleaf

Legend
Help! I need to get some modron miniatures together for this Friday, and I'd prefer not to resort to dice. Any quickie ideas, nuts/bolts or fiddly bits I could sub in or kit-bash to make a convincing quadron or pentadrone?

I'm also interested in longer term ideas, it's just this thread came about cause I realized I didn't have any minis for Friday.

This idea still uses 6 siders, but the other ingredient is rare enough you probably can't make it work. I remember my old Warhammer 40K plastic space marines had their legs seperate from their torso, arms, etc. They were the old starter box which came with plastic sprues.

If you have spare stuff like this around, you could stick the arms and legs on the 6 sider for this weird modron.

Check out Oryan77's custom modron mini. DIY!

Or you could use LEGO:
