Need DM advice

I've been working on a world for a few years now and I've come to create new player races in this world, and they are mixed in with the regular races within 3.5. A new race I've been working on are called Rahkeen, which are half predatory cat, half human. Similar to the catfolk race, except that there are subraces to this race. Rahkeen; Lion, Rahkeen; Tiger, Rahkeen; Panther, Rahkeen; Cheetah. All Rahkeen are basically the same, but the subraces have different ability changes.

Rahkeen gain low-light vision, they can see twice as far as human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight and similar conditions of poor illumination; base land speed is 30 feet; Because of their claws they are always considered armed and provoke NO attacks of opportunity when attacking unarmed. Rahkeen have a +2 racial bonus on Move Silently and Listen. Minor Heat Endurance (Ex): The Rakheen gets a +2 bonus on Fortitude saves made to resist the effects of hot weather or exposure. Rahkeen are naturally acclimated to a jungle climate, and they can tolerate the heat and humidity very easily.

Lion: Rahkeen racial traits are as follows; +2 str, -2 dex
Tiger: Rahkeen racial traits are as follows; +2 dex, -2 cha, -2 int
Panther: Rahkeen racial traits are as follows; +2 con, -2 cha, -2 wis
Cheetah: Rahkeen racial traits are as follows; - 1 int, -1 wis, +10 base speed

My question is: As DM's do you think what I currently have here suitable to have as a race without any level adjustments?

As players do you like the options of having the subraces for this race, or should all of the different animal types be the exact same stat wise?

As a DM I run my games to the best of my ability to give the players a feeling of open worldness, where they don't need to feel that they have to go down one path, where changes happen in the world whether they decide to be a part of it or not; creating the feeling of a living world within a pen and paper game. As well I like to give my characters plenty of options when creating characters. This class isn't open to the players yet, but the race is a constant in most part of the world and especially where they are right now.

Creative critic only. :)

As a DM, LA +0 is fine for these in most campaigns. It puts them on par with some of the more exotic races from Eberron.

As a player, I like the different subraces. It reminds me of Thundercats

Yea, anytime I make a new race, which is not as often as I might make it seem, I want it to have no level adjustment, makes things easier. Thank you for your input.

Looks good. I'd give the cheetah a +1 to dex or a +2 to initiative. I've never seen a base move rate really considered a major part of balancing a race...unless it borders on magical. If it is a boost power that is another story though.

The extra movement isn't magical. The cheetah I wasn't too sure about if the extra movement would be considered major or not. I could see it being very beneficial especially in battle, but I suppose in the same token, depending on the type of battle, not as beneficial. I like the idea to adding to initiative, that never even came to mind. Thanks for that.

These seem underpowered if anything. Getting to use your claws as an armed attack isn't that huge a deal. I'd make the stats add up to +2 instead of +0.

Sub races are cool. Especially if it is more than stats, it should also affect personality as well

Quick grammatical advice: avoid semi-colons.

I have used them a lot in the original post, it's almost as if I didn't know how to use them properly. AH; HAHAHAHA; HAHAHA

I'm trying to keep the balance of power between the races. Majority of the races have the stats as +0. I don't know if I could justify having a +2 to stats, unless there is something I'm missing.

Based on the feedback given I've made the appropriate changes (in bold/underlined), notice the lack of semi-colons. :) If it still looks good (not under or overpowered) I'll run with this.
