Need DM advice

Are these races the only ones in the game, or are they in addition to elves, dwarfs, humans and such. It seems to be basically 4 more races to the game but would be cool if these are the only races, like Thundercats. You could make only one, but give several powers to choose from. The character is a cat-man, but chooses extra strength like a Lion, or chooses to climb normal speed like a panther. I'm not sure how many people use all the sub races of elves, or halflings, or humans for that matter.

Your idea of several sub races would make for a cool region or country. A mystic journey accross the ocean leads to the land of the cat-people. A place of danger, but the only place to train in the (inserd cool fighter feat or cool wizard spell here). For some reason I picture dinosaurs in this land.

No these are in addition to the other playable races I have or will have available. These Rahkeen ruled a particular region, however in this time period that empire has been destroyed long ago. The surviving Rahkeen either split up in smaller tribes or integrated themselves into the outside world.

I also implement SOME of the subraces of the elves, dwarves, gnomes and humans. Depending on the continent the Grey elves might be the dominate elves and Sandrunner Halflings the dominate halflings. I have 3 continents, 1 isn't actually a continent but an area as large as a continent but contains hundreds of islands, big and small, somewhat in between the other two continents. Just like the subraces of the non-human races have differences between them which suit the continent where they are from, I've created sub-races of humans to have differences between each other, for example; the Buhjah are Arabic and they can exchange the 4 bonus skill points at creation for +2 bonus to Survival, Appraise and Bluff; the Varonil are Spanish and they can exchange the 4 bonus skill points at creation they receive +2 bonus to Spot, Swim and Climb.

Sorry I gave more info than I intended to.
