Graceful Edge feat?

I was just in the bathroom reading an old Dungeon magazine adventure, and I came across a reference to a feat called "Graceful Edge".

I don't recall this one off hand; anyone know where it appeared or what it does?

The adventure is the Champion's Belt, from the Age of Worms AP, if it matters.
