Sir Exsixten transforms back into his normal self, instantly poses and poses in such a way that a long speech extolling his virtues is immanent.

Suddenly though, a horned figure crests a wave and disappears again.

THE RARE UNDERWATER UNICORN! Sir Exsixten exclaims. Without a moment's hesitation, he sprints for the rail and dives in after it and is gone.

The wolf pups run to the rail and begin howling mournfully as the bubbles rising from where Sir Exsixten dove pass quickly by in the ship's wake.

Thanks for running the game(s) Luinnar, they were fun. Maybe at some point in the future I'll have enough time available for Sir Exsixten's return, but for the indefinite future, he's hunting [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ykwqXuMPsoc"]narwals[/ame].

Jax freezes in place, wondering whether it would be more practical to hide behind something, flee into a crowd, or jump into the water. But he spends too much time thinking, and his mother obviously sees him by now. At the last moment, he decides on an entirely different response. He barks quickly as she approaches, "Mother! Lots of love to you! And I couldn't visit because I was busy... getting... RICH!"

Jax holds up a bulging sack, clinking with silver and a few gold pieces. "Yep, your son made it, mother!" He motions to a street leading away from the dock and walks away with the female kobold. He prays the entire time that she doesn't think to look inside his apparently empty haversack, which contains his actual fortune.

I'm sad to see the string of adventures ending, but it was a great run, so no worries!
