Russ would have to clarify this, but I believe Eric has finished 4e layout for the first adventure of Santiago, and is working on the PF version. After which I think his next project is layout for Revelations from the Mouth of a Madman. We're talking about having him stick to one project or the other (personally I want him for Z) and then we'd get another layout artist for the other project, which would speed things up.

Knowing that you guys were physically capable of producing the lines you have opened would do a great deal to encourage backers for kickstarter projects. I've noticed lately that the more projects EN World has on its books the slower Zeitgeist moves. I can't help wondering - if your primary AP couldnt be handled - why other projects were introduced and I'm tired of hearing them thrown out as 'reasons' for delays. Frankly, if you can't honour one commitment because you've made another that's nobody's fault but your own. Just stop making commitments. (Like TSASD, for example - which seems to have driven Zeitgeist to a total stand-still.)

My problem in a nutshell is that despite my support for EN world publishing I find it difficult to welcome new lines because all they do is delay existing ones.

Hi everyone,

I'm a french GM, and i have chosen Zeigeist as our next campaign because it's well written, good and fun adventure, more mature than the rest of the Pathfinder production. It reminds me of the quality of The Enemy Within, the praised Warhammer campaign (we're old gamers ;) )
I'm absolutely delighted that supporting the EN world rebuilding Kickstarter gave me the chance to read the 5 first adventures and thus apreciate the high quality of the AP.
And i apreciate being able to talk to the publisher and the writer...

This being said, just a few lines to support gideonpepys:

He is definitely not alone worrying.
Please, do what is needed to ensure the regular publication of the AP.
I am starting to GM the AP but it was a close call, as i had to balance the fear of GMing faster than your publication schedule (or worse, you not being able to deliver the full AP) and the pleasure of having something that will be highly enjoyable and memorable for my players.

Thank you!

So if I am to understand this correctly, your 1 layout guy is working on two Santiago modules and then will start work on a Zeitgiest module that IS ALREADY 4 ##@$ MONTHS LATE (by the most generous definition of late I can give you). Do the powers that be ENWorld realize how infuriating this sounds to those of us who have games stuck in limbo because of the total lack of content??? I've already resigned myself to the fact that my Zeitgeist game is going to fade away as player interest (and frankly GM interest) wanes in the face of no content, but this is getting truly ridiculous.

How am I supposed to take Enworld seriously as a content provider when it appears they have difficulty putting out more than one, maybe two modules a year? How can I ever trust you again to provide content for my game? I fully understand that pretty much everyone involved in creating the content is doing this part time as a second gig, but frankly that isn't my problem. I have a responsibility to provide entertainment to my players on a bi-weekly basis and I have utterly failed to do so because Enworld has failed me. I will never trust Enworld to provide content to my games ever again after Zeitgeist ends (one way or the other) and neither will anybody that sits at my table.

It's sad because the content is great, everyone is enjoying it, but that doesn't matter when you're hard pressed to get 1 module per year out.

You're right. We're trying to get things out at a more rapid pace again. Adventure 6 is in layout now, adventure 7 is in draft text, and as soon as the Kickstarter ends I'll start working with the authors of 8 and 9 to get those finished as soon as possible.

I know we disappointed you and others, and all I can do to try to make amends is to firstly not disappoint you further, and secondly rally the troops on our side to work as quickly as we can to make up the lost time.

This is the part of this whole mess that I will never understand: Despite repeatedly telling everyone that the delays couldn't be helped, there was a deliberate decision to put something else ahead of Zeitgeist #6. It doesn't do to argue that Santiago is also late because, however long fans have had to wait for its release, none of them are partway through campaigns.
