How did you come to EN World?

Morrus

Well, that was fun

This is for folks who joined us in the last three or four years.

We haven't had one of these threads in... years, I think! I'm curious to see if the stories have changed.

Assuming you weren't here when we last did this a few years back, how did you end up posting on (or reading - unlurk, damn you!) EN World? Did you end up here after an random Google search, get sent here via a link elsewhere, specifically sought out an RPG news site, got banned everywhere else and are just about hanging on here, enjoyed ENP's excellent products and came here to find out more?

Let us know!

This is a great idea - I'm hoping you will share the results, to see how how ENWorld's posting body has changed over the years.

from the Eric days, following the updates for 3E.

I think Morrus is asking for the new people, who joined since 2009 or so (last 3-4 years).

Us old 3e news people don't count, aren't relevant to his question.

I suspect, he is researching how NEW people are coming to EN World, given that the internet is different than it was when 3e was being developed.

Researching is a strong word; more just curiously asking. Though some useful information might well come out of it! But yeah, I was curious how people are currently coming here rather than how they used to.

Well, I did make the mistake of trying to deduce your intent, though I did couch it in qualifying terms that I was not privy to your actual thoughts.

I just didn't think you wanted a bunch of old stories of how we got here this time around.
