And in 2014?

They have at least one more Sundering adventure. Maybe two.
February would be the release date, in time for the next season of Encounters.

I can think of a few potential reprints. Rules Cyclopedia would be fun.

But the lack of products for 8/12th of the anniversary year is a bit of a mistake. Especially since the actual anniversary us January 2014, and they have nothing that month.
They could at least have some board games or accessories like Dungeon Tiles or Map Packs. I imagine the reason they aren't is because the D&D team is stretched too thin to work on 5e and any other product.

I do think DDN is closer than most people think. I expect a January announcement of the DDn release schedule for 2014. Maybe a basic set in May and the core books sometime between then and Gencon.

Well, Usually late January, early February, is when they have the WotC Winter Experience.. it'll prove interesting to see if they officially announce a release timeframe for DNDNext then..
I would think they'd have to if the launch is at GenCon.
If not until the Fall of 2014 or into 2015 that'd be another matter..

I don't recall offhand if they've ever mentioned how many The Sundering Adventure paths there will be leading up to the FR / DNDNext launch. 4 perhaps? of which two are now out.. with about 3 months between release, so.. that puts the next one in Feb/March. and the following and last one in June? If I'm correct, I could be horribly wrong.

The Sundering was announced as a series of five, Crystal Shard is only the second.

The next two in the Encounters series will soon be available for sanctioning... but it might be they're not available for purchase, instead going back to the Encounters-exclusives they used to do.

That's just for Dragon and Dungeon articles right? Not the whole system?
Unless Morrus has news I don't, which is certainly possible, the magazines and all content updates are going on indefinite hiatus. People will still be able to pay them for the subscription service, there just won't necessarily receive any new content past that point.

Nobody really knows when new content will come back or what it might look like. I don't imagine they have plans to actually turn off the servers, but I wouldn't expect them to tell us if they did.

Cheers!

I'm not worried about getting new content, just that the existing stuff won't go away.

You stole my thunder - this is exactly my prediction as well, as I posited in another thread.

January - Announcement to mark the 40th anniversary of OD&D
February - May - Hype machine starts with previews galore
May/June - A basic box and/or softcover
June/July - An expansion adventure to the above
August (GenCon) - The Trinity is published
September - Forgotten Realms hardcover?
October - who knows?
