I would like to thank every other RPG designer and author since 1e that the Stench Kow has been studiously and conspicuously ignored as if it had never been created in the first place. If I could reach back in time and burn the paper upon which it was first written I would, possibly using ninjas and thought eaters. The blessedly soft and deafening retcon of having never mentioned it since 1e as far as I know in published material is merciful.

Except for its inclusion on page 241 of the Monstrous Manual, a whole article on Stench Cow Recipes in Polyhedron 133, and an appearance in the Fool's Grove Dungeon Delve on the WotC web site, I'm assuming you mean?
