D&D 5E DungeonScape Beta Gloat Thread

So, I got the invite early last week, but have been incredibly busy until yesterday. I logged in and I can't really do anything. The settings button works, but clicking anywhere else on the page does nothing. I'm using Chrome and haven't had a chance to try anything else.

Anyone else having issues like this?

I'm using Chrome, and I'm not having issue like this. (I use it both on PC and Mac... Version 37.0.2062.124 m on PC) There are plenty of other issues, no doubt... but normal "beta-y" issues. What do you see when you log in?

The pointer turns into a finger over my name and some blank spots on either side, but nothing happens when I click. Does this run on Flash? Maybe I'm not current.

Edit: Adobe says I'm current.

Scroll down (or zoom out). There is a "character" button off the bottom of your screen. Click that.

Also, you should be able to click on the words "read more" against each entry in the right-hand column (it's brown on brown, so hard to see).

If clicking doesn't work at all, check that you have scripts enabled in your browser. DS uses (a lot of) javascript. It doesn't use Flash.

I don't think it's Flash. I think it's just javascript. But I could be way off. (Don't notice any flash in the source, but not familiar enough with web development to know whether that means anything.)

I would definitely double-check that the browser itself is up-to-date.

Your pic doesn't show the row of links at the bottom, in particular, you should see a white, clickable, "Character" link. Can you see that? If not, can you scroll the page down?

Edit: Ninja'd

Yeah, nothing happens when I click it either. A Java update then. I'll give that a shot.
