As usual, I'm hoping for a mix of all things new and old.
With the current style of play, I am expecting a whole slew of new "splat books" (if I'm using the term correctly) that are focused on new class paths/archetypes as alternatives to prestige classes. Given the "under-developed" number of options, those should be very enticing as they come along.
Most of my "I wants" are going to be dependent on what is in the DMG!
I have to say that as the guy who always DMs, my players had the most fun in my homespun Eberron campaign; my players still lament that they stopped pushing out the mass market paperbacks in the Eberron 'verse. If they came out with new and shiny Eberron stuff, I think I'd be sold.
In fact, just thinking about that now, I'm salivating just thinking about how a new artificer class might work
